APS also designs and manufactures thermal management systems for high power SCRs, Rectifiers and IGBTs. We supply complete thermal solutions from simple heatsink kits and clamps through complete, fully tested sub-systems including semiconductor devices, controls, driver circuits, snubbers, cooling fans and isolation barriers.
